I have the lower insert and upper insert for sale. I decided to switch to a full mount replacement, and these have to go. About 8000 miles on the lower insert and about 1500 on upper. Buyer pays shipping.

Lower insert = 20$

That I don't know the answer to. Mine did bend slightly, but I was told this is "normal" as it breaks in. The last profile image i posted was to show that there is in fact a slight bend.

Overall, the quality of 034 products is not up to OEM standards, but really no aftermarket products are. My issue with these components specifically was the NVH increase. It's a super easy install, though, so for the low cost, it's worth an effort to test out if you like it or not.

034 have said that bending in the lower piece is part of "break in".
