I kept the Neuspeed.
I used the JB1 for about 200 miles and took it off. I didn't feel as smooth as the Neuspeed.

Can you run the +7 psi on 93? Neuspeed told me I could.
I've been running the 7psi mode with 3.5 gallons of e85 and topping it off with 91.

I run 93 plus 4-5 gallons of E. Runs great. On straight 93 or less I felt timing pull on the +7. 93 and +5 was good.

You’ll get timing pull. Stick to 5 over on 93 w/out E. JMO.

Don't have e85 anywhere near me
You can run it on 93...but as mentioned earlier...the difference won't be that much more than on 5psi.
E85 on the 5psi mode makes a noticible difference too. It made a difference on all three modules.

I only had jb4 but read a lot prior and the jb4 has much more adjustability and a smoother power delivery
