All the cars in the US currently have DCC.
No they don't.
You can get aftermarket shocks that use the DCC http://www.kwsuspensions.co.uk/kw/info/kw_ddc/
All the 15's have it.... 16's are not out so technically they all have it currently. I have not found a base 15 R anywhere...
Sorry, but you are still wrong. Just because you haven't found one doesn't mean they don't exist.
Here's one at the dealer I bought my car at... http://www.fieldsvwofdaytona.com/ne...n-Golf+R-07e887f30a0a00e0654ab7d056f308cc.htm
I woudl use something better than KW...
Why would you want to deactivate the DCC? It's fricking awesome.
What's wrong with KW's?

Check the replacement cost for a DCC damper...
I blew two on a BMW with EDC... on track...
I would rather have a fully adjustable suspension I can adjust. I would put Motion Control two ways on it maybe remote two ways.
I suppose that makes sense. If mine have to be replaced after my warranty is up, I'll likely go the coil-over route. If they are as expensive as you're implying. I only plan to track my car like once a year so I don't think I'm in any danger of them needing to be replaced anytime soon.
