Man that sucks. I'm crazy about washing and swirls, I've been doing only waterless or rinseless washes for years with detailing every half year or when needed. If you have a DA, you should correct it yourself and see if they'll compensate you. I wouldn't trust their detailers. If you go through them, I hope they get it back to your standards.

I was using "mud guards" as a generic term...

It's the rocks that your tires pick up and toss towards the paint that I'd be worried about

I brought mine in a bit for this reason. A bit less stuff gets kicked up now. More of an issue here in Raincouver.

Stock wheels tires. Went from 15 and 20 spacers. To 10 and 15.
