What's the coating you have?

Gtechniq Crystal Serum. The professionally applied one, I think called "Black"

I've had it for 1.5 months now and I'm pleased. I'll get around to writing a detailed review soon.

Been waiting instead of jumping the gun on posting conclusions until I've lived with it for a bit. Safe to say my car stays cleaner for longer, and I don't need to wax it ever (waxing a coating is actually a big no no).

The front of the car particularly will look shiny even after 2 weeks and 500 miles, at night/low light the coating somehow hides the surface dirt and the car just looks slick, even if a few hours before in the daylight the car looks like it had gone rally racing in dirt. I don't recall any of my old cars just being shiny in low light even when they're dirty.

Last week I drove on a crummy dry salty road in the GA mountains that left my rear hatch white, afterwards drove on a gravel forest service road that coated my rear hatch in dust.

The next day, much of it had fallen off.

This photo was taken a few days after that. Again, I don't remember dust just falling off my rear hatch before.

Lower front doors and rear hatch are really the only places where dirt noticeably accumulates.

I had some Dealer applied "Diamondbrite" coating but have not been impressed. Recently added Gtechniq V3 as a temp solution and also really impressed with Carbon collective Hybrid as a spray on / spray off temp sealant too.

Looking good with Audi rims. Can't imagine what they would cost in Canada.

x2 those rims look killer.

X3 really like the look on the CSG. These will be at the top of the list when I am ready to pull the trigger on wheels and tires!

Got my car back from the dealer for the EPC issue. Apparently, the wiring harness was F'd and it was causing a .5 volt drop. Car immediately feels faster. I didn't even realize it was being robbed of power until after the repair  Put a big smile on my face. Also, pulled the clutch spring out and shifting feels much more natural and sporty.
