Turkey is obviously traditional for thanksgiving.
But man, I dunno. Those spiral cut honey hams are fucking delicious every time. None of that “gee I hope it isn’t dry” BS - like with a Turkey in the oven.
If we were talking fried turkey vs spiral cut honey ham? Now THAT would be a really tough call. I’d vote for both.

Oh for sure, honey baked ham is in a league of its own, but for the last several years we’ve deep fried, smoked our turkeys.
Either way I inject with a full stick of unsalted butter & a full bottle of Red Hot.
