tonight: BLT salad with the B from a quality smoke house and good bread. Hints: Lightly toast bread, cut into bites then saute them in leftover bacon fat to finish them. Dressing equal parts mayo/sour cream, some lemon juice, black pepper, a little dill. It's just a deconstructed BLT, easy-peasy and soooooo good.

Here's the other half I'm eating today.

She took one bite of mine an spit it out. Right away...she said that I ate her half. The whole time I was wondering where the sausage was...and why the cheese had a strange consistency. I felt so bad. I offered to get her another one...but she ate the potstickers my mom made for her.

Date night: free concert at a local State Park tonight. We'll bring salad and p/up a pizza (all eggplant, 1/2 meat ball) and yes it will have cheese on it. I happily eat vegetarian but it's a big no to vegan.

Vegan isn't all bad.

We made some vegan tacos with Beyond Meat and some Taco Bell seasoning. These tasted much better than I thought.
