Weird Creaking Noise Coming from Rear

Hi all,

Have had a weird creaking noise coming from the back of my Golf since I got it in March.

It’s a creaking noise coming from the rear of the car when I go over bumps or drive on uneven roads below 50kph.

Brought it into a mechanic who thought it was the heat shield bolts going rusty and loose and he replaced them but I’m still getting the sound.

Try lubing the back seat fold up latches with some grease. I went on a suspension hunt looking for a similar noise and it ended up being the back seats.

Mentioned that to my mechanic and he says it’s fixed axle? So couldn’t be that
