Water in headlight, I have a VW extended warranty

I have recently noticed water running down the inside of my passenger side headlight. Took csr back to dealer who informed after inspection that a new headlight was required. The dealer ( who was very supportive) Contacted VW extended warranty dept who declined the claim, stating that this part was not covered by the policy. I have an ALL COMPONETS EXTENDED WARRANTY. Any thoughts on how I should proceed

Push back and advise. Have they stated why it wasn't covered and shown you some fine print somewhere that absolves them?

No not yet phoning warranty people Friday and will ask for them to show where in extended warranty booklet this component isn't covered the go from there, not letting this go only had car since April 2019
