VW 2015 GTI MK7: H&R Lowering Springs VS Stock OEM Springs

Hello fellow GTI crew,

I just recently purchased a 2015 VW GTI. It came with what I believe to be H&R lowering springs.

I currently live in the Bay Area, CA where potholes are the street's bestfriend, and there are driveways with bumps bigger than godzilla's ego.

I believe it currently has a stock strut / lowering spring set up, so if I wanted to go back to stock springs, I would just buy springs and replace them.

Do you guys think I should switch them back to stock for a more supposedly comfy ride? Or keep the current springs on?

Put the stock springs back on

OR upgrade to some better struts/shocks with the lowering springs...it'll be totally different with better dampers

Yeah i think I'll put back the stock springs.

I'm not planning to track anytime soon, and rarely can we go past 80+ mph in my area.
