Hello to everybody. I am new over here. Does anyone has this haynes repair guide?

Volkswagen GOLF VII (5G) PHASE 1 - 3D 2012-10->2017-06

I am trying to know how to remove 04E103175M Automobile Non-Return Valve Check Valve for Volkswagen Golf VII 5G but I can not find any video on internet. My car is burning oil very fast, like 780 KM. I checked it with the cable computer but no errors. Anyone? Thanks in advance

I've checked the ERWIN manuals & it says nothing..I think its just a bayonet fit with wings that you have to push in..

If the car is burning oil then its either the valve stems or the piston rings...
