Same here. Im the youngest in a company of ~50 people. And Im the head of quality.

No one listens to me, even though they are all pretty ignorant.

feels like the same situation as well. minus being head of quality lol

i'm also in the quality department in my company and i'm the youngest person there with some authority. my regular duties i supervise a few unionized employees who are my parents age. and when i fill in for the sanitation supervisor, my responsibilities increase to 17 unionized employees.

I used it for easier messaging while playing a game. Controlling the dashboard was kinda stupid tho.
I wanna try it for a game that truly utilizes it. That should be pretty cool
