geographer/demographer/geospatial analyst by degree, minored in geophysics
former military, intelligence analyst, law enforcement, chassis design and fabricator (NATCC), auto aftermarket company sales manager, and a grounds keeper. Also worked at Blockbuster which was sweet.
For the last 6.5yrs I’ve been a pseudo doctor and pseudo lawyer reviewing medical insurance/compensation claims to provide or deny benefits. The biggest part of my job is looking at thousands of documents per day to build an overall picture of the claimant’s history and the validity of the claim, then using the above references to either grant or deny the claim. I’ve been some people’s hero of their life, and the crusher of other’s last hopes.
Oh yeah. Totes a socialist.

Yes! I have never been there but have always wanted to go.
I’m 31 and work in maintenance as an Electronic Technician (PLC’s, sensors, X-ray machines, weight checkers). Went to trade school and then to community college to get my Associates in Electromechanical Engineering. I have 2 kids (5 and 3) which are everything to me.
I have learned a lot from this thread good and bad. I’m just a simple small town country boy that knows very little about politics but this thread has enlightened me in many ways. This year has really enlightened me and made me challenge the things that I grew up with. We always had a Confederate flag somewhere around my house as my step dad is from SC. Until I really stopped and took the time to learn about it I never thought twice about the implications and pain that it could cause someone else. As a white male who for the most part grew up middle class (lower end) I never really got a taste of what goes on in this country and the struggle that some people have to go through simply based on the color of their skin. The education that was taught to me was picked out to not show the bad things that have happened in our history and continue to happen in different ways. The BLM movement, confederate monument discussions and police issues that have come to light in 2020 have really changed my way of thinking. I know these are not new issues but with technology the way it is finding information to further educate yourself on things is wonderful.

currently an unemployable disabled veteran due to the combination of my injuries. Both physical and psychological.
masters in mechanical engineering. Worked in Motorola. 2 gm ecotec race teams. A few private teams.Worked for macfarlane studios, Todd was one of the angriest Canadians I ever had to deal with. Got to be a grow master here in Colorado. Got to manage a whole medical cannabis outfit. This type of work was way too rough for my legs and back. I had to leave that job behind.
after all of that I donated a ton of time into a veteran ptsd group. And I did that for a long while till funding ran out about a year and a half ago. Now a days I’m the house wife LOL.
