Yeah I'm in a good spot location wise. Not too far from the beach, but I also have a snowboard resort less than an hour away so I can do that easily during winter. Hollywood is less than an hour away too if I feel like heading there.

Depends on the girls at each. I've been to disappointing Hooters, but I've also been to disappointing Twin Peaks, Tilted Kilts, etc..
