I have a 2015 gti with the stage 2 tune , I’m wanting the golf r turbo and wondering do I lose the tune ? Or will this run the golf r turbo

Gonna need an is38 tune for it.

Your stage 2 tune will not support the larger turbo. As mentioned above by Ghost GTI you would need an IS38 tune of some sort.

What we are saying is that your Stage 2 tune applies to the IS20. So you need a new tune for the IS38. In other words, no, your Stage 2 cannot be used on the IS38.

You can drive the car with the existing tune but I wouldn't get on it.
