Not 100% familiar with AP compatibility between models. A Mk7.5 GTI 6MT should be able to use this right? The DSG tune just gets ignored?

To the best of my knowledge, when you install the tune, you choose the ECU and the TCU flash in two different sessions, giving you the ability to install whichever you want.

The COBB's website says MK7 and MK7.5 compatible. Not sure if 2016 falls under that model group.

Do you know if the EQT maps are mk7 gti compliant? Or are they specific to your 2020 gti?

They are OTS maps from EQT. Nothing custom.
