Retrofitting genuine VW Golf Mk7.5 headlights to Mk7

Hello,
Thinking of fitting Volkswagen golf mk7.5 genuine headlights to my MY16 mk7 trendline 92TSI vw golf with factory halogen headlights.
Car is RHD. Just wondering what sort of adapters and coding that will be required before buying the headlights

I believe you'll need the fenders/wings and the hood also...maybe even the grill. That's halogen to halogen. If you plan on doing the LED lights...that's a whole different headache.

If I buy one of these retrofits that will be a direct fit for mk7 halogen. Would I need to code them when I put them in? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/175553041842
I’ll also be changing the halogen bulbs to led so might need extra coding there
