Rear window one touch not working after battery disconnect.

So i just installed my Helix sub yesterday in my 17 Alltrack S and both front and rear windows only worked by holding the button down/up eventually somehow the fronts started working but the rears still wont even after doing the one touch relearn procedure.
Car was recently tinted but they worked fine after that (my tint guys takes the door panels etc off to go below the window line)
Thoughts?
Is this something i can remedy in OBD11? I have a appt Thursday at VW for my DSG micro switch recall should i have them look into it?

there's a reset procedure.. forgot what it is. I think push down and hold down for 10 sec, then pull up and hold up for 10 sec... or something like that.

Sadly i have tried it (its down hold for 5 then up and hold for 5) but it's not taking

All I have to do is hold mine up or down for ten seconds but not not both up and down.

It was indeed 10 secs, windows are now working thanks!
