Rear side marker bulb

My Google-fu has been failing on me so I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction.

How do I get to this bulb circled in white? I removed some screws that I thought would let me remove the rear part of the lens but no go. This is on Mk7.

I think it's a non-replaceable LED?

That's what I was wondering. I might need to find a broken tail light that I can tear apart to find out for sure.
