Same. It was the last thing I checked. Visually it looked ok too, but under N to 1 load it was indeed making contact. Make sure the bolt threads points upwards when reinstalling.

Why does this matter? I've been fighting this same issue and my clamp keeps coming loose. MAPerformance DP as well, for reference.

It is impacted on quite hard and comes loose within about 500 miles.

Just get the correct clamp and double nut it.
