I'm trying to decide what I want to get for winter. I have 17" VW Goal wheels which I'll likely be using for winter. I say likely because they currently have summer rubber on them with decent tread that I'd hate to get rid of. Though I'm hesitant, considering how terrible these Bridgstone Potenza RE97AS seem to be, to trust them through the winter just to burn more rubber off the summers before getting rid of them.
I'm wondering how 205/50/17 will mount on a 7.5" wide wheel, since I'd like to get a narrowing tire than the stock 225.
Anyone have any pictures of what a 205/50/17 might look like mounted on a 7.5" wide wheel?
