Congrats. Are you going from a '17 to a '19?

In a round about way.....17 Golf to a 17 Corvette to a 19 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack to the 19 Golf R.......
Don't ask........but VERY happy to be back in our VW family.....

Enjoy!

I’ve had mine for about a year. Said I wouldn’t modify, but feel I am about to do so.

APR Stage 1 as soon as odometer hits 1,000 miles.
My 17 had the APR Stage 1 ECU and DSG tune....loved them, but many other cars didn't!

I am thinking of going right to stage 2. Trying to decide between Cobb and APR. Pros and cons to each. Regardless of ecu, will likely go with apr dq381 tcu tune - it sounds sweet.

Ditto

Pics to follow. I did not let them detail it.
Iridium Gray Metallic w/7 speed DSG.

Same here (in Deep Black Pearl) on Tuesday. Moving up from a ‘15 GTI Autobahn which I really liked, only mods were Bilstein coilovers and RSB.
I could not give up the practicality of a hatch so an R was the obvious choice for a new daily driver.
