Most of the time if the damage repair cost makes it up to about 70-75% of the cars value, it will be a TL.
I think you may be right on the edge...
Say the car is valued at $25K, 75% of that would be $18,750.

They told me the ACV is like $31k. They couldn't even get regular pricing on it they basically got new cost
