OEM Spark Plug Gap Variability

I decided to check the VW service manual. The spark plug gap is listed as 0.7mm-0.8mm, which means the plugs I got today fit inside that interval. I'll leave the spark plugs as is.

Anotero, what section of the service manual did you find the gap info? I'm combing thru the manual via the electronic files I downloaded from erWin and can't find it.

I'm looking at the engine section of the 2015 Golf service manual that runs the 2.0T CXCA (my code) motor. Block 28, section 1.2 "Test Data and Spark Plugs."
