New noise help

My golf 1.6 has started making a new noise. Any ideas?

Is this on a cold start or does it persist when warm? Had a similar noise on my GTD when cold, but just had the cambelt changed , and was told the idler pulley and or tensioner pulley was to blame

The clutch in the alternator was faulty. Replaced the alternator, belt, and tensioner and it's fine now.
