My Tornado Red MK7 GTI

Hello everyone, new and proud MK7 GTI owner here. Just wanted to share a picture of my car. It is a 6-speed, SE trim model with LP, but Non-PP. Ive had it now for one year and am at 6,500 miles. Loving the car

Always happy to see #tornadored car as I have one myself. Car looks great! Do you have anything done to the car? Appears stock from the picture.

The only mods that I have done so far are 35% tint all the way around; I wanted to go darker but Illinois law doesn't allow me to go under 35%. I also have the DeAutokey license plate LEDs, which are awesome. And I installed a GFB DV+ about a week ago. I just ordered a Unitronic Catback and will be installing it whenever it comes in

I also would like to change the wheels, possibly to Neuspeed RSE10s.

Any issues with the car so far? Also, what was the most pleasant thing - as well as biggest irritation - with the car?

Only issue with the car was when the battery in my key fob died. I couldn't drive the car for a week due to the car not recognizing the fob when they tried to reprogram it. It continuously said key not in range. Most pleasant thing so far was when I passed the 1,000 miles for break in.

Car turns plenty of heads and I get a lot of thumbs up from other VW drivers around town
