MK7R Help needed

Anyone know if something should be connected to this?, don’t see anything on the OBD. MK7R manual

I don't know the bottom of the car that intimately, but it looks like a waterproof connector on the rear diff/Haldex and the hex plug the fill port? It's not on the CAN? Are you checking with VCDS?

probably gearbox neutral position sender.

I recall seeing this before somewhere (maybe a Humble Mechanic video?) and it is for a sensor not used on the Golf R.
