As you had it fitted I was hoping you'd see & post.
Is it worth the money from your experience so far ?
I have not had it fitted yet, only got a price for fitting at my local dealer
But my dealer warned me several times that I will loose the sparewheel.

Has anyone got this fitted in a car with satnav? As the details i have of the unit only list it for Composition Media system and 5dr car for some reason.
Helix plug and play
Hi, picked up my car today, complete with the Helix plug and play unit installed. Sounds great but yes, no space for spare wheel so will have to use can of tyre sealant.
The unit is a really professional looking bit of kit and the first the dealer had fitted.. Im happy.. I have driven for 32 years and had my first motorway flat about a month ago in a Volvo so hope it's another 32 years till I have my next one.. Don't think I'll be driving this Golf then tho'.
BTW- car is great in met black and shetland leather which is more mushroom than beige. DSG box is great and the technology which is standard with the car is brilliant..
