So this is for the iPhone mkv-er's:

I have a 3GS which I got in December to replace my old original iPhone.
I've noticed that whenever I have my phone in my pocket and I am
walking an listening to music, I hear this popping and crackling sound with each step.
However, when I hold it, it goes away. I know it has something to do with
tension on the cord, but can anyone actually explain what's going on.

I've also been shocked too. I heard that its the actual headphones themselves, wtf mate?

Cord? I walk around work with my Motorola bluetooth headphones on and my Blackjack on my desk and never hear anything but crystal clear music. :iono:

Like 100 feet away, through walls.

I hate my apple ear buds. They lack low end and get tinny when they are turned up. I got this replacement pair made by v-moda and they kicked ass. I recommend those.

V moda is what we try to sell people at radio shack. They have really good sound for 30$.
