Interior Storage - Length Request

Hi guys,

I'm interested in a 2 door GTI and would like to know how long of an object can be place inside. I'm a surfer and would love to be able to store my longboard inside. If anyone knows the answer please let me know.

I put a 90 inch long radio control Piper Cub wing in the back of a 2 dr GTI.it went all the way to the das and I was able to close the hatch. Then I ordered the car but a 4 Dr. Hope this helps. That wouldn't fit in my old C6 Vette.

Thank you that was helpful. So looks like my 9'0 board will be too long luckily I have a truck though.
