The TPC20 turbo is no longer on TPCs website. Weird they would remove a good working turbo, which was wildly popular.. huh?

My stance is, don't buy TPC turbos. But if you must buy a TPC turbo, and you are located in the United States, please buy from a US distributor. Make sure the US distributor will tell you in writing, that they will stand behind the turbos if there's an issue. I know multiple people in the US who are still getting jerked around. Cover your asses and just order from a US distributor. Don't get caught dealing with a Canadian vendor, while being located in the US.

I was looking at the 25 when i was buying a turbo, but they didn't have them in stock. I wanted something from a Canadian company - went with HPA in the end.

There can be several reasons why an automotive turbo manufacturer might remove a perfectly fine product from its website. Here are some possible explanations:
  1. Product Refresh: The manufacturer may be introducing a newer version or an updated model of the turbocharger. By removing the existing product from the website, they create space to showcase the improved version, which could feature enhancements in performance, efficiency, or design. This allows the manufacturer to stay competitive in the market and provide customers with the latest advancements.
  2. Inventory Management: The manufacturer might have limited stock of the particular product due to high demand or production constraints. In such cases, they may temporarily remove the product from the website to ensure that they can fulfill existing orders and maintain a reasonable inventory level. This approach helps prevent delays and backorders, ensuring smoother operations and customer satisfaction.
  3. Phasing Out or Discontinuation: In some instances, the manufacturer may have decided to phase out or discontinue the specific product for strategic reasons. This could be due to various factors, such as changes in market demand, evolving technology, or a shift in the manufacturer's product portfolio. Removing the product from the website signifies the manufacturer's focus on newer offerings and aligning their product range with their long-term goals.
  4. Marketing and Promotional Strategy: Manufacturers often use their website as a platform to promote specific products or highlight seasonal offerings. They may periodically adjust their product lineup on the website to emphasize certain models, specials, or limited-time promotions. Removing a product temporarily from the website allows them to create a targeted and dynamic marketing strategy to maximize customer engagement and sales.
It's important to note that the removal of a product from a manufacturer's website does not necessarily indicate any issues with its quality or performance. Manufacturers continuously strive to improve their offerings and optimize their product range to meet evolving customer demands and market trends. By introducing new models, managing inventory, and implementing effective marketing strategies, they can provide customers with the best possible choices and maintain their competitive edge.

AI diminishes the want to read your posts.
I understand your perspective, but I believe that AI can actually enhance the reading experience in many ways. While it's true that AI can generate content, it doesn't necessarily diminish the desire to read posts. In fact, AI can provide various benefits that complement and augment traditional written content.
  1. Efficiency and Accessibility: AI-powered technologies can help summarize, categorize, and personalize content, making it easier for readers to find what they're looking for. It can save time by providing key points or highlights, allowing readers to quickly grasp the main ideas without having to read lengthy articles.
  2. Language Translation and Localization: AI language models can assist in translating content into different languages, making it accessible to a broader audience worldwide. This helps to bridge language barriers and promote cross-cultural understanding, expanding readership and engagement.
  3. Content Curation: AI algorithms can analyze user preferences and behaviors to curate personalized content recommendations. This enables readers to discover relevant articles, blog posts, and news pieces tailored to their interests, enhancing their overall reading experience.
  4. Fact-Checking and Accuracy: AI-powered tools can assist in fact-checking and verifying information, helping to combat misinformation and ensure the credibility of the content. This promotes trust and reliability in the posts that readers come across.
  5. Enhanced Creativity: AI can inspire and assist content creators in generating new ideas, offering suggestions, and supporting the creative process. By augmenting human creativity, AI can contribute to the production of even more engaging and thought-provoking posts.
Ultimately, AI can be seen as a valuable tool that complements traditional reading experiences rather than replacing them. It opens up new possibilities for content generation, personalization, and discovery, making the overall reading journey more enriching and enjoyable.
