Hi everyone, if anyone has installed one of these aftermarket led shifters, I'd really appreciate your input. I honestly think I've received a faulty shifter.
My led shifter arrived today from aliexpress and it took me about an hour to install... and then another 2 hours of troubleshooting thereafter. All of the electronics work, but once I pull the trigger to change gears, the trigger becomes stuck (not in a service position though).
Upon disassembling the shifter (held together by glue) I saw that after pulling the trigger, the small metal lever for controlling the gear shaft moves extremely slowly to its original position.
For now I've switched back to my crusty old OEM shifter.
