Help. Need LED Bulb Type For Reverse Lamp....

...I think it's '194 Wedge' type but need confirmation. I'm not knocking DeAuto, but they want 49.00 for a pair and I can get 10 on Amazon for 15 negating the need for a lifetime warranty.

W16W, also known as a 921 wedge bulb. The 194 uses the same base and will physically fit, but it is smaller and not as bright. However, an LED 194 may still be brighter than the regular 921 bulb.

On Amazon, I went cheap and got the

AUXITO 912 921 LED Bulb for Backup Light​

I find that it is brighter than stock, but causes major FM radio interference when backing up. That isn't a big deal for me, as I spend little time backing up. This would be unacceptable for a license plate light or whatever.

Osram do one...fecking bright!!....I just redid all my rear bulbs (all 9 of them)...& used Osram.

Also did some VCDS to adjust the dimming values to create more of a difference between brake & tail functions ...
