GTI TCR OEM Flat Matte Mirror Caps

Does anyone with access to a European ETKA database care to provide me/us with the part numbers for these OEM caps? These came on the TCR from the factory I believe.

Hey dont knock it til you try it haha. I plastidipped my b-pillars in april of 2016 and they still look the same as the day I did it. No special treatments, no touch ups, and i took it through touchless auto washes all the time. it works great

I'm not a dip hater and if I was OP it is what I would be trying. I actually considered doing my mirror caps in red till I found a set for sale/trade

Can't you just vinyl wrap the caps? I've though about wrapping mine in white. ?

Wrapping is how I would go too, but mirrors are pretty tough to do because of its shape.

I donno, my Golf-R came with the glossy black mirrors and I like them. Besides the rubber seals and maybe grill and tires, there is nothing matte on the rest of the car. Kind of looks out of place unless you have matte vinyl stripes or something.

I found the part numbers for the matte black TCR mirror caps!

Note the 9B9 is the satin black. When you search the below part numbers in Google - the majority of the results are images for the part numbers ending in GRU (primed grey for painting).

The websites linked below cross-reference additional part numbers that look to be older numbers.

Just find someone who was swapped out for carbon fiber caps, buy their OEM ones and paint them Satin black.
