GOLF R DRL left are not working

Hi all. my first post so thanks for having me

my left DRL sometimes doesnt work, and sometimes it does. it feels like, a wire or a plug is getting disconeccted with vibrations ect..

any advice on how to approach this issue, generally i'm good with DIY. but i dont know with electronics

hope to hear some great opinions.. cheers

Check the connectors and wiring. If they're good and it's the actual LEDs, you'll need an entire headlight assembly if it's out of warranty.
Is the headlight error light on the dash on?

No light error on the dash, so my guessing is, the wiring is playing up. is that a common thing for these cars?

Uncommon for the LED to fail. The wiring is the first thing to look at.
