Fuel filler cover won't open

I'm not sure if any one has come across this before?

My wife's car, 2016 GTD, unlocking the car I can't here the solenoid opening.
Push in as usual and no luck, I've searched around on google but can't find a fix.

I can't get a corner out about 10mm and I've tried to slide flat plastic in, soaked in wd40 over night...

The car has 5 miles of fuel in now....

That's what I read. Dealers are closed at the moment.
No manual opening from inside, really stuck

Its not similar.

I had the same problem. Lots of info on the internet. The problem is the car is a dark color and its sitting in the sun. Try to open it first thing in the morning. The latch on the door is swelling and sticking. Once you get it open, take a box knife and cut down the area that has rub marks on it (top and bottom).

Will give it a go, move read there's a section you can see where it might rub that you can trim to fix.

Just got to get it open.

This did it for me. It hasn't stuck since. I trimmed it with a razor knife.

OP, can you push the door inward or will it not move at all?
