harness is fully in tact, I love this harness because you don't have to unpin or repin anything to install/remove. im not sure about rear fog - i never had a switch hooked up. It's a BEC harness from Ed before he closed his store.

per this video:

pin 6 and 7 are both full, leading me to believe this will work with a rear fog. You could email ed and he may reply, I'm not sure if he watches that email any more. edward@becautoparts.com was the email address used to contact him in the past.
