there's already a detuned focus RS availible in America, it is the volvo c30. I think it would be amazingly enjoyable to swap something around A/R .62 and see what that 5cyl can really make

Might not be that big of a boost in an economical sense. The car tuner market isn't THAT large IMO. I'd definitely drive the fuck out of it though.
