If the APR intake keeps the stock lower air box which I think it does it will definitely work.

I actually kept it on there so it should work! Thank you I just needed reassurance.

I would just get the open pex one and save almost $300 for the same performance and save that money or put into other parts . That's the one that most guys ordered when those first went on sale.
