extremely annoying squeaking/chirping sound on rear passenger wheel

Hi all as you can see by the title im getting an annoying noise from the (what i think) is the rear passenger wheel. It only happens once the wheel gets warm which is normally 5-10 minutes of driving. i have taken the wheel off multiple times to attempt to clean the disc and pads but it was to no avail. I have linked a video i was able to record earlier on today which demonstrates the noise.
Note- it stops when braking

clean/grease caliper pins?

on my Mustang I would hear a rhythmic speed sensitive squeak when caliper/pads would touch disc. It went away with brake application. It ended up being bent axle (not applicable on yours) but greasing caliper pins would make it go away for a few months.
