I’ve been running a muffler and resonator delete for a while and decided that I want to go with a more aggressive set up so I got a cts catted downpipe. It is very loud but what I don’t like is when you step on the gas it sounds extremely weird almost like a fart (this normally happens in 2nd, 3rd, or even 4th gear on my manual mk7 gti). I want to know any solution that will make it toned down a little bit? Someone recommended a vibrant ultra quiet resonator but I’ve also considered putting the muffler back on.

I paired my CTS DP with the 2.5” Vibrant Bottle resonator with the CSS muffler. I know about you mean about the sound. I had a resonator delete when I installed the DP and the sound was super raspy and loud. Once I threw on the resonator it made it alot more tame and no rasp at all. I get compliments on my exhaust note all the time
