Euro Mk7R harness install

A friend has a set of Mk7 R Euro Taillights that he installed. He has the older harness from DAP, with the red blue and yellow connectors but I cannot find anything online outlining the wiring diagram. If someone could help me out that would be great.

What are you looking for specifically? I have Zero815’s document with all the wiring and coding changes needed. I went ahead and attached it.

Sorry just seeing this now, thank you for the help but it's a different tail light. It was the Euro Mk7R, not the 7.5's dynamic
