"Restore OTS maps" or whatever option doesn't restore the OTS maps for you to flash? You can also download any OTS map from Cobb website.

Here's the stock box code and conROM stage 0 files for your car, you can try manually loading these too.

Thanks! Downloading that would definitely be preferable to unmarrying and re-installing the AP, I didn't think of that. I'll give that a go first.

Update for anyone who has a mysterious EQT Stage 0 tune on their Accessport – you can achieve readiness with it

Pretty sure Stage 0 is Cobb's not EQT. I've taken my car in on Stage 2 tune on it since all monitors were ready this past April and passed. If I remember correctly, one monitor wasn't set ready that was the evap.
