Dsg servicing

Have got a golf 1.4 tsi dsg on order for march 14 delivery.
What maintanence is required for the dsg?
Is there a dsg oil change and is there a seperate gearbox oil.
Am a bit confused, not difficult nowadays.

it needs an oil & filter change at 60,000kms...

Thanks for the reply Redpaddy, but am still confused.
Apparently the dsg oil change takes 1.7 litres of oil, which doesn't seem a lot.
So I was wondering is that just the oil required for the dsg (mechatronic gear change/selection box) and is there a seperate gearbox oil change or are they one and the same?

The 7 speed DSG box doesn't need clutch cooling so thats why you only need 1.7
litres of oil in the combined unit including the Mechatronics .

There is no dsg service interval for the 7 speed dq200 in your golf. 1.7 litres filled for "life" of the clutches. The 6 speed dq250 has a service interval of 40,000 miles/ 60,000 km. You just have to worry about engine oil and engine oil filter in your Golf.

Yes this is correct. DIY oil change costs about £80.
