Does anybody know the difference between coilovers for manual and the dsg? I'm looking into getting a set of Konis but some sites say they fit and some say not for the DSG. :iono:

VW has MANY different springs for different weights of cars, go look at the driver gear springs.

He's right. Weight.
The KW part numbers for my coilovers (on a DSG car) are different to those for a standard manual transmission car.

I don't think there's different part numbers for KONIs.

I bought my KONI Coils off a 6MT GTI, and I'm a DSG GTI.

Installed fine, no problems at all!
