1. Is normal, aux pump looking after the Turbo's heat.

As for the shock, the OEM are Bilstein as far as I am aware but marked as VW. Sounds like they have failed and been replaced with non DCC and could be the reason the ride height is lower at the rear.

From what iv read Monroes do make the genuine Dcc shocks, but I stand corrected if I am wrong. Iv also read that the shocks won't affect the ride height anyway??
