2nd on Auburn VW. The sales guy even assured me that they were a "mod friendly" dealer. I havent had to take my car in for any warranty work yet though.

Yea some of the service guys are ok. But mainly work with the service manager Jerry he's very willing to help.

Please update on which dealer you go to. Am also in Seattle area and that was where I got my GTI from. Would love to know who to bring it to if that ever does happen for me as I'm getting the ebay cooler installed soon

As an update, took it to Auburn VW and they handled it under warranty with no fuss. Moral of the story is avoid University Volkswagen in Seattle.
