You have a Stoptech BBK. That’s necessary for any serious track work.

I would spend my spare cash on extra seat time to learn the car and your local track.
A track focused alignment will improve handling.
Better tires will gain you the most time.

Track Pads and brake fluids was all I changed for my first DE in my GTi.
I went to MPS4S for my second DE. My OE A/S Bridgestones were down to the wear bars and a wet forecast for the first day prompted new rubber.

I think camber plates would the a logical step because it'll save you money in the long run. You'll get more even tire wear instead of destroying the outside shoulder making your tires last a bit longer. Add in the bushings and a quality alignment to get it all done at once.

Everything else can go to seat time.
