Lets bring this back to life for anyone look to see any straight forward answers about the Clubsport S muffler

How do you like your clubsport S muffler ?

Anyone here run the clubsport S muffler with a stock down pipe?

How good does it really sound? Videos don’t do much.


***Purchased mine 2 weeks ago just waiting on it to ship out. Running a stock downpipe.. How does it sound with a 6MT can you still get some pops?

Sounds insane. With stock dp it has a perfect balance of aggressive tone when you’re on it but no drone. When I added Dp, it’s really loud and I’m probably gonna swap back to stock cause there is drone at highway speed. It’s really loud with both

Love it.
Stock VW part, but not stock to USA GTI. A taste of Clubsport S.
Flow through design. How a GTI should sound unless you want a custom GTI Jake exhaust. Another good option

Stock down pipe and resonator. Axle back only. In video car has Neuspeed Power Module.
Now Unitronic Stage 1+ so need a new video.

Made with iPhone, but I think does a good representation. Filmed in same location. Turn it up, you can hear the better flow.

got mine at cars245 a week ago. Took about 10 business days. Your going to need a TCR muffler if you have mk7.5. Not as cheap as they used to be-

i really like the sound of it. subtle growl i bet it sounds awesome while driving
do u think it makes a diff to have a tune?
pics show the clubsports one has 3" pipping? am I correct?
also to install, I assume you some sort of exhaust clamps to connect the stock pipe to the muffler, what size do u need?
