I'm not sure if these are intended to be applied with the lights on the car since each side has three separate pieces but I opted to go with a single sheet of film and have no use for this anymore.

I'm happy to stick these in the mail to the lower 48 if anyone is interested.

They are, and they are kind of a pain to get aligned when on the car. Definitely recommend doing a wet application so you can slide them around into the right place. I ended up needing to double up/two layers of the vinyl to get the yellow I wanted haha.
